Clean and bright, pale pink colour.
High intensity, notes of stone fruit such as apricot or peach, light biscuit background, typical of the vanilla provided by its time in oak barrels.
Creamy in the mouth, due to its work with fine lees, also silky. Long and persistent aftertaste, again perceiving a balance between fruit and light toast.
